![]() Susan Ganeshan, VP Product Management, webMethods
About the Webinar:
Delivering truly customer focused and more importantly USER focused products is a challenge for many software and services vendors. That is why webMethods has long used Practical Product Management best practices to shape our product development lifecycle. Recently we revamped our PLC to include a much greater focus on the users, user experience, and design. We did this without increasing our team size and we did this while shortening the overall release cycle. In this session we'll share some of our "user focused" secrets with you and give you practical ways to incorporate them into your existing process.
About the Presenter:
Susan Ganeshan leads webMethods' product team, where she defines the product strategy and implements the company's overall product roadmap. In this capacity, Ms. Ganeshan's team is responsible for identifying and prioritizing user and market requirements across all of the company's product offerings, working collaboratively across product development, marketing, sales, professional services and other third parties to manage the release of all software from webMethods. During her career with webMethods, she has also led the successful integration of several acquired software products into what has become the company's flagship product suite, webMethods Fabric. She also directs the webMethods' Global Customer Council, where she serves as an influential advocate for users. During her 14 year career, she has served with TPN Register, CheckFree Corporation, and Deloitte Consulting in positions encompassing software development, system implementation, product management, and solution marketing responsibilities. Ms. Ganeshan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Mathematics.
