![]() Phil Karren, Product Manager, Novell's GroupWise
About the Webinar:
Blockbuster products come from effective teams that understand market needs. Unfortunately, even good teams at the best companies have only a small chance of meeting their goals for deadlines and sales. This session gives little-known information on how to improve your odds. You will learn of a methodology that leads your team through the process of exploring how your prospects work, discovering their most painful problems, and inventing compelling new features. The session will also show how to validate these hot new ideas so that you can get them right the first time and prioritize your development efforts on the most important features.
About the Presenter:
For the last year, Phil has worked at Novell as a product manager for Novell's GroupWise, an integrated collaboration product for e-mail, calendars, tasks and shared folders. He has worked for over 20 years in the development, marketing and sales of high-tech products at Novell, Bluecoat Systems (CacheFlow), IBM, Cisco, Linux Networx and others.
