About the Webinar:
For C-Level, executives, and directors working in marketing, development, engineering, operations, and quality who are dissatisfied with the levels of execution of corporate strategy. This webinar addresses the methods of Six Sigma Business Scorecarding that provide the ability to align product management activities and monitor execution of corporate strategy.
Unlike traditional leadership methods which are based on hope, Six Sigma Business Scorecarding provides a repeatable, defendable, and maintainable approach to alignment of product management. The Six Sigma Business scorecard has been developed to look at measures in all aspects of product management. It addresses the concerns that executives express about current scorecard systems, such as, ineffectiveness at relating to the employees who do the work. Most scorecards are strategic in intent and do not flow down to process measures. With an understanding of the business trilogy, process model, dynamic economic environment, a six sigma scorecard was developed that personifies leadership and management; aligns purchases and operations; drives customer service and sales; and promotes employee excellence, innovation, and improvement.
