About the Webinar:
Ryma's May 20th Webinar was given by Sinan Si Alhir. Within the four-part series on Agile Product Management, this third webinar focused on roadmapping, which enables decisioning and evolution of a product as it progressively matures toward its vision. While roadmapping is conceptually simple, the techniques emphasize a particular mindset; and while many teams enact the techniques, they don't readily internalize the mindset, and thus don't experience the benefits. This webinar explored creating actionable roadmaps using agile techniques, including understanding roadmap layers, releases, milestones, specific elements, and dependencies.
