About the Presenter:
John represents the voice of customers and leads the product strategy at Jama.  John has over 12 years experience working at software technology companies including Microsoft, WebTrends and Omniture.  He has contributed to several books, whitepapers and presentations on Web technology, product management and marketing.  On a personal note, John is an Ambassador for Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a delegate for the Lance Armstrong Foundation and an active fundraiser for cancer research within his local community in Portland, Oregon where he lives with his wife and three kids.
