About the Webinar:
Ryma's April 15th Webinar was presented by Brian Sharp, Justin Manford, and Kevin Lemke from Kalypso. Innovation continues to remain top of mind for most companies despite the challenges they face in the current economy. Some companies are retrenching their investments, capitalizing on the opportunity to leap ahead of the pack, while others are scrutinizing investments and narrowing their project portfolio. Either way, the stakes are high to make every investment count. Brian Sharp and Kevin Lemke of Kalypso will review tools, techniques and methods for assessing and validating the commercial value of projects in the new product development pipeline. They will present case examples demonstrating how these novel approaches have helped 'clean out' the projects in the pipeline as well as identify and accelerate the most valuable innovations.
About the Presenter:

He is a pricing expert and thought leader with a focus on pricing and value management, product commercialization, product line management and rationalization, branding, and channel management.
