Steve is a popular keynote speaker at forums throughout North America and author of many articles on technology product management and marketing. Steve is Chief Marketing Officer for Primary Intelligence with a focus on instilling best practices in win/loss analysis and customer experience. His ideas on customer interaction help companies incorporate market facts into their product creation, marketing programs, and sales enablement. Prior to joining Primary Intelligence, Steve was a Pragmatic Marketing instructor for 15 years and personally trained thousands of product and company leaders on strategies for creating successful technology products.

Hakan Kilic

Hakan Kilic is Director of Product Marketing at Ryma Technology Solutions, where he drives strategic marketing initiatives around the Product Investment Management solutions Ryma delivers. Prior to Ryma, Hakan worked in the telecommunications, voice recognition, biometrics, and process improvement industries. With over 10 years of experience with high tech companies such as Ericsson, Scansoft and Nuance Communications, Hakan has managed large development teams and been Product Manager for multimillion dollar product lines. He also contributed to the W3C standards committee around VoiceXML and is an active community member and contributor of product management best practices through his experiences in the industry and with Ryma.
