I am still stuck for content and I was thinking today, I wonder if because all the blogs are just spouting the same topics over and over. Lack of inspiration. We are likely guilty of that here too. Is anyone reading something that will inspire me?

Now that it is end of the year and as best I can tell everyone is working hard to wrap up the last year-end tasks so they can enjoy the holidays, I wonder have you started to think about next year. Perhaps one of my largest pet peeves is inefficiencies and this may be due to my time at i2 (www.i2.com) where their mission was to make the supply chain more efficient and to continually optimize and improve. It is a great way to run a business from either perspective (how can I help them do it better? OR how can I do it better?). From a career perspective what is one thing you can do better next year? Keep it within the context of optimize and efficiency. How can you do more with the same resource (i.e. time)? Now I have myself thinking and I am not sure.

To end this off today... Some Monday fun for you... I am sure this will either make you hungry or crave the sweet sounds Phil Collins.
Chalk this up to marketing related because Phil has been in the top 40 now for quite a few weeks.
