Adele Revella, Instructor, Pragmatic Marketing - Are your sales people too dependent on you? Many product managers struggle with this problem, especially when it's time to launch new products or technologies. Sales people naturally prefer to have the product expert available to answer unexpected questions, develop a targeted sales presentation, or deliver a compelling demo. Even if you only spend time on "big" deals, your product won't realize its full market potential until you give the entire sales organization what it really needs.
Product managers need an effective way to launch products into and through the sales organization. Attend this webcast to see how you can help your direct and indirect sales channels to find and close new opportunities without your constant assistance.
