Jonathan is the author of Writing Copy for Dummies and principal of Kranz Communications, a copywriting firm serving enterprises in high-tech, healthcare, banking, insurance, education, financial services and other industries. His clients include Boston Private Bank & Trust, Cisco, Dell, Harvard, IBM, Intuit, Liberty Mutual, Pitney Bowes, Upromise, Wausau and many others too numerous to list. He is a regular contributor to MarketingProfs.com, DIRECT magazine, RainToday, the Harvard Management Communication Letter and other periodicals.
In addition to his copywriting, Jonathan is a published author of short fiction and a guest essayist on National Public Radio's All Things Considered. He has taught writing courses at Harvard University Extension School, Emerson College and Northeastern University, and now offers one-day, on-site marketing writing seminars for corporate clients.
