Asit Goel is Vice President, Optimal Strategix - a full service, strategic advisory firm that helps clients make better decisions in the areas of Innovation, New Product Development, Brand Management, and successful customer management over the life of products and services. He brings years of valuable experience in managing multi-million dollar strategic marketing initiatives. He brings a mature perspective to marketing having been both at the frontlines of execution and in the war-room planning strategy. He has extensive consumer marketing experience developed working on billion dollar brands and portfolios for leading multi-nationals like Nestle, Kellogg's, and BAT Plc. He has worked domestically and internationally; successfully managing multi-brand portfolios. In his most recent role at a Fortune 250 company, he was responsible for defining the corporate strategy for New Product Development. At Optimal Strategix, he leads client engagements in the area of NPD and Strategic Marketing.
Asit's areas of expertise include strategic marketing, product positioning and trade channel development. He holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering, an M.B.A. and an M.I.M. from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, in Phoenix, AZ. He is also a certified New Product Development Professional (NPDP).
