The role of "product manager" is often loosely defined and not well understood . . . but a good PM can mean the difference between a product shipping on time or not, and meeting customer needs or not. This seminar is designed to help explain the role of the product manager to new and prospective product managers as well as those who will interact with product managers.
Christopher has more than 10 years of experience in online gaming and interactive entertainment with a special focus on new product development, creating effective work groups, and interactive marketing. As the senior product manager for Games on Lycos, he is responsible for finding unique and innovative ways for people to waste their time online--and love every minute of it. Prior to Lycos, he was the product manager for casino loyalty company GameLogic and the global games manager for Terra Lycos. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in English from Merrimack College.
