About the Presentation: Recent academic research on Idea generation and Idea management shows there is much a product development manager can do to manage this often obscure process. This webinar will provide product development managers practical advice on managing and refining these processes in their own companies. Participants in this webinar will also receive copies of research findings, and a valuable self-assessment guide for assessing their own company's idea generation process. Brian Glassman is a Ph.D candidate in Innovation Management at Purdue University and has been studying product development for 6 years. His dissertation topic is on managing the front end of innovation, and idea generation. Brian also has a Masters in Engineering Management from Duke, and a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
