About the Speaker: Mike is the Managing Director of RapidBI, a small consulting firm specializing in holistic organizational development. He has been in Organizational Development for over 20 years having worked in the public sector, healthcare, manufacturing and a diverse range of other organizations including: large consultancies, telecoms, food processing, construction, retail, children's leisure and funeral directors etc..

His passion is change, enabling individuals and teams to recognize the need to change and to work with them to identify what will work for them in their given context. 5 years ago, while working on a project in the construction sector, Mike needed a new approach to innovation, he was looking for a behavioral approach, something that would enable 'ordinary employees' to contribute, rather than innovation be seen as exclusively as technology driven. This introduced him to the Creatrix and he has not looked back since.
